Status updates from approved templates
Confirmed, in progress, fulfilled and cancelled can each send one update to the customer, using a WhatsApp template you approved. If no approved template exists, nothing is sent and your team is told why.

A failed send is visible
If a message fails or is rejected, the order does not change, the failure shows on the order, and a retry cannot send it twice. Updates that could not go out within a day are dropped rather than sent late.

Delivery notes
For a confirmed order, generate a delivery note with the order number, date, customer, delivery location and every line with its SKU, description, quantity and unit, without prices. It carries your company's name and UEN, not ours.

Receipt notes
