SEGMENTS, CAMPAIGNS AND THE ARITHMETIC BEHIND THEM

Automate the routine.Keep the judgment human.

Build segments from the data you actually hold, see exactly who is in a list before anything goes out, and read campaign results that show you the arithmetic instead of asking you to trust a tile.

Where the line is

The number of automations we configure with you is 2, 5 or 10 depending on the package. That is a quantity of implementation work, not a gate on which parts of the CRM you can reach.

What you actually get

5 things, and what each one is for.

  1. Audience segmentation

Build reusable segments from CRM fields, lifecycle state, source, ownership and engagement conditions using real AND and OR logic, and preview the exact membership before the segment is used for anything.

Teams work from a defined audience instead of a spreadsheet somebody exported.

AND/OR rules · membership preview · saved audiences · field catalogue

  2. Campaign planning and personalisation

Create a campaign, choose the audience, and resolve approved personalisation tokens with explicit fallbacks. It tells you which recipients are missing a name before anything is sent, rather than sending to Dear.

Personalisation stops quietly breaking when the data is incomplete.

Campaigns · audience snapshot · tokens · fallback report

  3. Preview that contacts nobody

Render the campaign at phone and desktop width and read it the way a recipient would. The preview reaches no real person, so proofreading costs nothing and nobody learns about a typo from a customer.

The dress rehearsal cannot become the performance.

Phone and desktop preview · zero recipients · no live send

  4. Configured workflow automation

The automations that carry your routine coordination are configured with you during implementation and written into the scope, so both sides know exactly what runs and what does not.

Repetitive coordination happens the same way every time, and exceptions stay visible.

2, 5 or 10 configured automations by package

  5. Cost, attribution and ROI

Delivered, open, click and conversion rates, and return against your recorded campaign cost, each shown with the formula used, the attribution window applied and how much of the underlying data was actually available. Where there is no cost recorded or no attributed revenue, the report says Not calculable and names the missing input rather than showing a confident zero. Where email privacy features make open and click data incomplete, the figure is labelled partial.

You can take a percentage off this page and reconstruct it on paper. A zero and an unknown are different things here.

Formula · window · coverage · Not calculable · partial labelling

How it runs

Four steps, in this order, every time.

  1. 01

    Define

Build the segment and look at who is actually in it.

  2. 02

    Prepare

Personalise, and read the missing-token report.

  3. 03

    Preview

Proof it at phone and desktop width, reaching nobody.

  4. 04

    Measure

Read cost, response and return with the arithmetic shown.

The next step

Thirty minutes, and you leave with three answers.

Which package fits, what we would migrate and how, and what the fixed fee would be. Written down, so you can put it in front of a partner or a board.
